Yellow eyes

Anyone else have yellow specks in their eyes or yellow eyes? I have primary billiary cholangitis and all my specialists told me sjogrens accompanies it. As my liver destruction is progressing, I’ve noticed the yellow tinge and yellow specks. Essentially I’ll be like a minion with yellow eyes and yellow skin when it gets to the final stages. It makes me self conscious nowadays but just wondering if anyone else has it since it’s kinda rare? I’m seronegative still but a ton of symptoms.
