Mileage stuck and IDK the true miles

Hey all,

I have a 2004 xc70 2.5t awd. the mileage reads 354k but its been stuck this way for the past 3 months. The bcm and DIM don't seem to be communicating with the OBD2 i've been using. Its a topdon artidiag.

I'm lost if the dim solders are gone, or if its the bcm or both. Kinda need some guidance as to how to proceed. XeMoDeX quoted me $700 for a BCM rebuild (out of my price range for now). Car drives fine but the dashboard christmas lights are on.

I'm located in toronto if anyone has a VIDA i can use to scan
