USPS keeps losing my mail-in ballots.

Don't really have anywhere else to rant so I'm just gonna post here. Since I've been away for college USPS has lost my mail in ballot 3 times out of 9 elections. This past election I decided to have it sent to my parent's house and then have them mail it down to me in a box so I could track it and then I'd mail it back, shouldn't be a problem since the ballots get sent out at least a month in advance. Took the post office 22 days to send it 15 miles from the election commission to my parents house. Had it overnighted and I got it Sunday before the election, filled it out and had it manually postmarked at 8:30 AM Monday morning, registered to vote in NJ so it can arrived up to 6 days after 8 PM on election day. Still hasn't arrived. Usually takes packages like 3-4 days to get from TN to NJ. I know nobody cares but I'm just annoyed and I'm sure the USPS these days is giving bonuses to dumb chuds who take ballots and shove them up their asses.
