23 y/o MRI results, back issues
23 y/o during time of MRI (now 26). Initially herniated my disc at 19 and never took action or properly treated it. Went on to cause immense trauma and damage to lower back at other jobs thinking I was invincible. Led to Sciatica running down from glute to big toe on right leg. Got an MRI and also said that I have osteoarthritis in my facet joints. I regret what I did to my joints and especially lower back in such a short time. I left the trades and developing life long habits and continuing to learn about lower backs and management. Trying to find a new career I can adapt to. Possibly work remote if possible so I can take care of my back and not sit for extended periods of time.
Really just looking for someone to relate to. It often haunts me all the crazy things I did to my back in such a short period of time.
———MRI REPORT BELOW———
