C section “wants” not needs?

Hello!

I’m a man, and admittedly haven’t spent a lot of time researching c-sections but my best friend just had a baby and needed an emergency c-section!

what are some things that aren’t necessarily NEEDED for comfortable recovery (Pads, peri bottle, underwear, etc) but things that you would have liked or been useful during recovery?

I’m putting her together a little basket of goodies and wanted to get some advice from people who actually have had c sections.
