Data Annotation Qualifications - Am I Screwed?

Hi all,

I started the qualification process for Data Annotation and passed the initial assessment, then I started working on the 7 tasks it has you do. I did 3 of them last night before I got tired and had to go to bed, planning to finish the other 4 right now. But when I log in, I see this:

I'm not sure why this is here, did I get rejected? I managed to send a support email but apparently DA is notorious for non response. Maybe it's because I accidentally opened up the data science qualification and didn't actually do it and the time ran out? (I don't know data science so I never intended to do it in the first place). Please help!
