Do Bugs Not Get FIxed In This Game?

Ever since the most recent update the game has been glitching and being shut down by my phone's system during battles and replay viewing, in spite of the fact that I meet all the specs. This has literally made the game unplayable. I have already tried to contact through the in-game help portal, and then through email/the website, but I just keep being met with either bots or people who tell me to try the in-game help portal again. Has anyone else dealt with this? I can't get invested if game-breaking bugs (even if they don't impact all players) aren't fixed.
