Managing the pain

Hey guys it’s been a couple of months since being told I have fibromyalgia and the pain can be so unbearable. How are you guys treating your pain? my new current Doctor hasn’t treated my pain at all the only thing she told me to do was go to rainbow blossom and buy some vitamins which sounds ridiculous it feels like she isn’t listening to me about my concerns so I thought I’d ask how everybody else is managing their pain or if their doctors did anything for them. I’m so frustrated
