How can I keep humidity and tempature constant

How can I keep tempature and humidity consistent in my container. My tempature in my room is around 80 so they have been by the ac but it automatic. They are all hiding in the substrate. I dont like them having the fluctuating tempatures and humidity. Do I need to add more vents? I currently have 3, 2 inch vents on the dry side (2 on the side one on the top) then one 2 inch vent above the humidity side. What do I do. Add more vents?
