Best insurance?

Hii, so I (25F) am REALLLYYY wanting to get sterilized! Im thinking a partial hysterectomy so I don’t go into menopause or at the very least tubal ligation.. The problem is I don’t have insurance.. and I don’t know where to start looking either, I live in Oklahoma. what insurance do you recommend that would help me pay for this?
