My husband (31), myself, and our three kids are wanting to relocate to the Madison/Huntsville area from central Florida. He has gone through 2 tech layoffs over the last few years for remote positions due to government contracts ending and is hoping to find something in person in the Huntsville area. He has experience in QA, Applications support, software testing, business analyst. He has mostly been in the health sector/hospitals, but would love to pivot. He has applied to a ton, but isn’t getting a ton of responses back and we aren’t sure if it’s because we aren’t currently local. I know the job market is tough, but we could relocate pretty much immediately. Just need a way to network or get a foot in the door! Any help would be so appreciated
