Ayat closed?!

Walked by ayat today and saw a “we are closed” sign on the door and a pile of construction materials in front of their window. The interior seems somewhat cleared out, and when I went to their Instagram, a story is no longer listed as a location. I felt like every time I walked by they were packed! They weren’t even open a year. I’m so sad. Anyone know what happened?!
