Introducing ForgeLight - open-source tools for the self-hosted community

Hey r/selfhosted — I've been building tools for people like us

Long-time lurker, first post. I've been running a homelab on a Debian server for a few years and this community has helped me more times than I can count.

I recently finished my computer science degree and decided to turn the projects I was building into something more formal under the name ForgeLight, an indie studio focused entirely on open-source self-hosted tooling.

First project is EmberMetrics, a server monitoring dashboard I built because nothing out there did exactly what I wanted. Posts with full details, screenshots, and setup guides coming very soon.

Sparkr, a self-hosted personal productivity tool, is also in the works.

Glad to finally be contributing back to the community rather than just taking from it.
