Someone accusing another of allegedly "Doxxing" them so they threatened to release information to the public

This incident happened with a community named "SBS". At May 24, 2026, a user under the name of "Himilayas" had claimed within the General-Chat that another user under the name of "Eve" had *doxxed* him and further claimed that Eve had been- Admin abusing, sending threats, sending slurs to other users, leaking names- all of which were In allegedly* and *apparently* also reports from other users and from Staff as well. Mentioned user "Eve" was a Staff member but had been demoted due to the claims. But before going into assumptions, context must be applied. Before May 24 (yes, days before May 24) the user Himilayas was under investigation (that being by a Non-Goverment group, in this case the SBS Staff) after user Eve had worried about a "Blackmaling" issue. Weeks before Eve had reported that in- the mentioned users (Eve and Himilayas) were in a- "with-a-consent-relationship", but due to some personal concerns and messages from past Ex's of the user Himilayas- user Eve had worried about the "Blackmailing" issue. Due to user Eve reporting it in- a private investigation was conducted within a **PRIVATE** medium (with few selected Staff added within it) that medium being a **Private** Group Chat consisting of 10 Members. Under Eve had then proceeded on sending multiple screenshots, some videos, message logs, and etc. within the Group Chat only, alongside with 1 trusted Personnel who served as a Witness- all serving as evidence. Due to also being related to the user Himilayas- 2 other people who were also related to a past incident/drama to Himilayas, were added within the private Group Chat- they had also then proceeded on sending multiple evidences, witness testimonies, etc. within the private Group Chat only- in which they were then removed from the private Grouo Chat after serving their time and sending in needed evidences. In one of those evidences- user Eve mentioned a name. For context purposes, prior to the night before, user Eve and user Himilayas had an argument- to which ended with user Eve blocking user Himilayas, and user Eve going under emotional strain or stress. User Eve then forwarded a message from DMs- directly to the private Group Chat in which the message read as- "Have fun, ***." followed up by, "I finally blocked him" Forwarding it to the private Group Chat as evidence on how user Eve reacted in *behavioral context*- back to user Himilayas after their argument had finished. Days past- and it was later reported that the private Group Chat had been leaked to the user under investigation (in this case user Himilayas)- which resulted in user Himilayas going to General-Chat and proceeding on claiming that user Eve had allegedly doxxed him. A midst everything- user Eve had to be demoted due to outside pressure. As for the other mentioned claims by the user Himilayas- there were debunked/dismissed after user Eve had forwarded multiple evidences within a Private Ticket to explain or for us to be aware of what the truth behind those claims really were.

For clarifications- User Eve upon forwarding the message, she did NOT mention any ip address, home address, face photo, and etc..

User Himilayas also threatened (in this case threatened the Owner) that if User Eve wasn't demoted, he would release information to the public.

Additional information we received just lately, User Eve confessed that she only mentioned his first real name in that message because she wanted to make her last goodbye to him feel dramatic (after everything he did to her while the were still dating). That being cheating on her with 2 other people, causing her to have a panic attack due to him counting down and saying it wasn't his issue, and other more.

What I wished wanted to ask was whether this was indeed doxxing?
