RMA CEOS-2660001 (India) – Monitor Pickup Pending Since June 3 Despite Approval

My monitor RMA (CEOS-2660001) was approved on June 3, 2026. I received confirmation that Blue Dart pickup was arranged with Token No. 98602717, but more than a week has passed and no courier has contacted me for pickup. I have already replied to the email thread and followed up with Gigabyte India but have not received any update.

Could a Gigabyte representative please look into this case and provide an update?
