If I buy MCD2 on steam can i emulate it on phone and play there for free?

Well the title pretty much sums it up, just came across a few posts of ppl playing MCD1 on phone via smth like GameHub iirc

Since I don't have MCD1 on steam so i can't rly test it rn, but if i were to buy MCD2 on steam, is there any emulators to emulate it and run it on phone for free?
