I just got ghosted.

I was talking to this guy, and I thought everything was going smooth. He had said he liked my style, that he liked talking to me, and he really liked my personality. We chatted for a few days it got flirty and romantic a couple of times, and I guess yesterday he decided he wanted to stop talking to me. Woke up like usual, expecting a “Hey, good morning!” And I got nothing. Tried texting him, didn’t work. Tried to text him on a different platform, also didn’t work. I don’t get it, do guys enjoy being validated for one day? What’s the deal here?
