Finally starting my journey.

My insurance just recently approved my Pre-Auth for Zepbound. I'm so excited to start taking it and finally seeing a change. I was wondering where do most people inject? I heard injecting in the stomach causes stomach issues. Does anyone else inject in the thigh or upper arm?
