Best cheap raw* selvedge denim jacket? Experiences with budget repro brands?

I am looking for a CHEAP raw (or one-wash) selvedge denim jacket. Limit is 250 AUD. At the moment I have looked at Bronson, Red Tornado, Bob Dong, MBBCAR, and Edwin.

What are your experiences with these brands? Which one of them (aside from Edwin, which is too expensive new) has the best quality?
