I’m your typical suburban dad. I maybe am getting too old to be wearing my hat backwards but I’ll do it anyways.

I’ll typically be found coaching my kid and trying super hard to give all the high fives and smiles while suppressing my competitiveness. The 6 year olds ain’t ready for it.

I like sports, I like to be active and workout. I know far too much about how much protein I’m getting… did you know if you ate a whole Costco pizza you’d hit your protein goal for the day?
