Part-time after semester ended

In my university you can do a backdated withdrawal after the course has ended, during one of my semester I was full-time but did a backdated withdrawal for 3 courses due to health reasons (my grades were bad in those class and didn’t want it to affect my GPA). So technically I was enrolled full time during the term until the end of it, just withdrew after to prevent it from affecting my GPA. Can someone give me insight into how IRCC deals with this situation and would I still have a chance of getting a work permit?
