Midodrine gave me side effects

Dizziness is my main issue, but have brain fog and lethargy and more. Doctor prescribed Midodrine and it actually helped a bit. Unfortunately it gave me side effects, some of which I could tolerate and others I couldn't. The main two bothersome ones were urinary issues (felt much harder to pee) and I got hives. Hoping to find something similar.
