tell me about your impulse hobbies?

I bought a kayak off Facebook marketplace! I'd done it before years ago but hadn't really gone paddling since I moved to a new area. Welllll I'm picking it up tomorrow, and I had to get a whole new set of gear like roof racks, straps, a pfd etc... if the weather is really nice I might take it out to a dam to give it a go!

What brought it on? Nothing, absolutely nothing. I just woke up one day and chose a boat

What hobbies have y'all impulsively gotten into? Are you still doing it now?
