is eBay a reliable place to buy ram?

Hello, This is my first time building a PC and first time using eBay, and I didn't want to overspend on RAM, so I decided to go on eBay and saw an open-box Patriot Viper Venom 32GB (2x16GB) DDR5-6000 PC5-48000 CL36 UDIMM XMP EXPO PC RAM for $319.00 from a seller called 'JW IT Partners.' Is eBay a reliable place to get RAM? I just want the RAM to work.

IF it helps: The seller has 99.9% positive feedback, has been with eBay since 2001, and is a top-rated seller. The item has an eBay money-back guarantee.
