Crit on cast not working on weapon slot 1?

I'm doing flickerstrike.

Set one spear (not working)

Set two quarterstaff (working)

Or is it cuz I have two different weapons? I got enough with spirit/attribute för both 🤔

Quarterstaff+ CoC just works on weapon slot 2 even tho when I try with slot 1 with just that weapon equiped
