SG Food Spot / Influencer reccos

Hi r/SingaporeEats,

I am looking for some food reccos in Singapore! I'm planning a restaurant / foodie crawl in Singapore for a friend coming from the States and I'm trying to research on some must-try food spots. Who are some of the go-to/reliable foodie influencers in SG to look out for recommendations?
