New Update has set my sensitivity, FOV and controller layout to random settings.

As the title says, after the recent update i thought i was going crazy with my bad aim and alien movement. turns out the game has reset nearly all my settings to random values. I don’t remember the original ones. is it revertible or should go back to fix it individually?

I don’t want to experiment with it again all for another update to set it to random values again.
