Considering joining but have a couple questions

After reading all the comments regarding Big Easy, I'm considering joining. I do have a couple questions:

1. Is 3 months the longest plan offered or do they offer a 6 month option?

2. For a 3 month plan, is the monthly payment automatic or is it a choice? If 6 months is an option, is the monthly payment an option?

3. For a 3 month plan, how soon after receiving your order can you request a refill?

4. For a 3 month plan, if you opt for the monthly payment option, does that affect when you can refill? Does the full initial 3 months have to be paid off before a refill can be ordered, essentially needing to pay it off prior to the 3 months if requesting a refill or does it extend the monthly payments?

5. Do you still have BPI available and if so is is it available for new patients or just for current patients?
