Second Time This Has Happened- Help Identifying the Cause?

So this is the second time this has happened, I bring laundry to my laundry room, and step in a puddle. A small puddle of water had formed on one single piece of vinyl flooring, the same vinyl flooring piece both times. I don't have a basement, the washing machine isn't leaking, there's no sign of the leak coming from above, and while it did rain it doesn't happen consistently with rain. The water is totally clear, and there's no trail leading from anything else to the puddle.

The back door of the house and the washing machine are both close to the puddle location, and it dried with no issue and isn't spongey squishy or seeming to hold water beneath (I stepped on it, no water seepage). What the heck is the cause?!

Edit: no basement, plumber came out and said it isnt pipes, several sources have said it is likely condensation from the furnace nearby since its coming up on the humid ass summers PA has
