2 parking spaces

Hi! My partner & I are considering moving to Toronto within the next year. We both have cars and I would love to keep mine even if that means paying more for parking.

How realistic is it to have 2 parking spaces while living in DT Toronto? Is it typically easy-ish to find a 2nd spot to rent? Or is it an extreme hassle and hard to come by?
