How do I come out

I want to come out to my parents so I can celebrate pride with all my colors, but idk how to come out. They know i'm lesbian but i never really came out my sibling just pointed out the lesbian sticker on my phone at dinner/lunch somewhere and outed me. I want to come out as cupioromantic, ace, girl-flux, and genderfae but i need help. I have social anxiety so the "just talk to them" doesn't help. Any advise is appreciated.
