Use it or lose it

So iv heard of use it or lose it and I was just wondering if I used it every single day sometimes even twice do you think maybe it won’t shrink? Like is it possible to keep it at its normal size just incase one day I decide it has a purpose? Or is it destine to lose an inch despite all efforts. Probably worth mentioning I think I’m gunna take estrogen but not take T blockers at least at first. Just curious I’m sorry if this question is weird or insensitive I’m just going on hrt very soon and I’m very curious and a bit nervous. I tried to keep this as appropriate as possible
