Semaglutide to Zepbound

I was on Semaglutide for 2 months before my doc recommended switching to Zepbound. On Semaglutide, I lost 20+ lbs in that time frame. I started Zepbound a week ago and I've gained back a few pounds. Just wondering if anyone switched and had the same thing happen? Is there a short period that requires adjusting?

Note: * There was no titration of Sema.
