Triggers inside in the AC when its hot out?

I have an issue when its hot enough outside, that I go into a flare regardless of the temperature inside. I can be in front of fans and the place can be 65 but I feel so incredibly sick and its hard for me to even move.

Does anyone have any explanations for what this could be? Is it pressure changes? Humidity? I have no idea why I feel this horrible if I'm technically in a cool environment.
