Weird twinges? Sensations? Second baby after a C-section

Any other moms out there who had a csection have weird twinges this time around? For example, I just yawned and felt like I was being kicked aggressively internally and I know that is not the baby. It happens randomly and it’s so jarring !!

Is it because of my C-section from my first pregnancy? Am I just delusional? lol!! Anyone else experience anything similar?
