Repeated clogged ducts and mastetities....need help

Hi everyone,

I'm a first-time mom and need some advice. From the beginning, I had severe latch issues and nipple damage. My baby is now almost 3 months old. Since direct breastfeeding wasn't working, I started pumping at 2 months and also supplementing with formula.

I'm using a Spectra S1 Pro, pumping 10–12 times a day, and getting about 40–60 ml per session. I have an inverted nipple on the right side and a normal nipple on the left. I've measured my nipples and am using the correct flange size.

Despite this, I'm getting clogged ducts twice a week and have had mastitis 4 times since delivery. I've seen multiple doctors, but they mainly advise direct breastfeeding, which I haven't been able to do successfully.

Am I doing something wrong? I really want to continue giving my baby breast milk, but these recurring issues are becoming very difficult to manage. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
