• TTU didn't form and pass NIL rules.
• TTU didn't sign sorsby knowing he had gambled on sports, college sports, his former college teams or for indiana or cincinatti while being on those football teams.
• TTU didn't file the lawsuit against the NCAA
• TTU doesn't want to be in breach of contract or the temporary injuction that a state judge issued.

Do you see how all of these are true statement and still result in a situation no one likes but also has no clean solution?
