Looking for an artist

Hi! I am looking for an artist who can do a sort of colored pencil like landscape portrait. It will be a photo of my dads business layout and it is mainly grain bins but I would like them to be surrounded by wheat stalks and with a sunset in the background. Anyone know how I can find someone? Thanks!
