[TOMT][CARTOON][2000s] A boy plays a console upstairs using mirrors, city loses power just as he calls in the winning code.

I'm looking for an animated TV show episode I watched sometime between 2000 and 2010.

​Here is the plot of the episode:

The main character (a guy/boy) is playing a video game console in his bedroom on the second floor. However, the console and the TV are actually located downstairs in the living room/guest room.

​To see the screen from his room, he sets up a clever and complex system of multiple mirrors reflecting the TV image all the way up the stairs.

​The climax:

He finally beats the game and receives a special "winning code" on the screen. He has to call an operator on the phone and dictate this code to get a prize. But just as he makes the call and starts saying the numbers, a massive blackout happens, and the entire city loses electricity!
