Nobody's kids actually have "impulse control"

Kids can control their impulses if they want to just fine without any meds, they just choose not to because they dont think they'll get caught or they think that the punishment isn't that bad.

If my mom says not to eat a candy bar but I notice that their are 100 candy bars in the bag and I decide to take 1 candy bar because I know the she won't notice if 1 is gone that's not impulse control that's making a rational decision
