Did you see a woman faint near Zara Union Square this morning? (Looking for info)

Did you see a woman faint near Post and Kearney (near Zara) between 10:40am and 11:05 this morning?
My friend (37W) was on the street and had a seizure at that time. Someone caught her from falling, called an ambulance and made sure she got in the ambulance safely.

She is now ok and was released from the hospital after testing.

I’m asking if anyone saw this because we don’t know exactly what happened and any information will be helpful in ensuring she fully recovers (did she hurt herself when falling? did she start shaking immediately?). We also don’t know who called the ambulance or was around to help her. The EMT said it was a coworker of hers who called, but after checking with her small office team we learned it was not a colleague.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to anyone who was around to help. I can’t imagine what would have happened if you were not there to step up and take action. You did an amazing thing today. ❤️
