BCBA Training Expectations

What should a BCBA expect during training/orientation? I’m a new BCBA and my company was made aware that this is my first BCBA role. I have RBT experience and masters level experience in a related field but it’s very different. The ‘paid training’ was basically nonexistent, so much so that I didn’t even get paid for training because I was unaware that I needed to submit it as admin time. Even if I had more experience, I would’ve expected a more thorough training for company specific rules at least. I’m several weeks in and still haven’t received a decent paycheck. I assumed things would improve significantly after my first treatment plan but the treatment plan expectations have changed with every submission. Is it typical to receive virtually no training?

2+ months in, 5 clients, only 1 out of 3 plans approved, the other 2 are transferred cases that I just got.
