So to sum up the PVP Experience so far from the sight of a PVE Player:
- Started game around release Date, needed many hours for my first visit in the Deep Desert ...
- was greeted by Campers near Big Spice Blows and The Stravidium / Titan Ressource nodes.
- got killed serveral times, lost in sum 4 vehicles to griefers, who not only going to kill you, but follow you and try to ♥♥♥♥ your stuff up so that you need to restart again.
- found on the same server, that the griefers tried to "sell" access to all ressource nodes
- switched servers -> restarted ... same experience
- switched to a hosted server -> suprise everything is friendly if people pay to play ...
- switched back to first & second server, found out most of PVE player base left, idiots still in all DD instances and even worse they stopped fighting with each other, and focussed on players who were still trying to farm
- trys to combat as a single player trying to defend yourself, ended up in being ♥♥♥♥ on by griefer groups of 5-10 people on both servers.
- started on a third server ( during the time the DD was reconfigured to A-E1/2 PVE and Strav / Titan nodes in the A row ) was able to progress ... was able even to farm spice in the "PVP" area ... and even reached endgame with everything.
- tried again on the first two servers, plastanium was no problem, but spice still was. since the griefer mafia on both servers still attacked anyone unknown on sight and tried to destroy the vehicles, last thing stopped the moment, Funcom introduced the vehicle recovery tool.
- Funcom decided to follow the problem up , why the main playerbase left and found the correct information 80-90% der Players were attacked or didn't even wan't to participiate in PVP at all. So they pulled the PVP Content out of Hagga and base DD and built a PVP DD, which had even 2,5 the ressources.
- on a normal case i would assume the PVE Players would be happy now an the PVP Players finally found a way to fight with people with egos the same size their own ... but no ... the PVP Players do not visit the PVP DD and go to fight each other or do "High Risk - High Reward" Ressource Farming ... no they go into the PVE Deep Desert and still try to grief people with thumpers, pushing down vehicles when the worm comes and trying to block base entrances of other players with their vehicles
- additional, the PVP Crybabies cry so damn loud, even after it was shown that they are the minority ...
- they are not able to leave other players alone or do anything else than ruin the game experience for others ...
to come back to the initial question quite far up in this thread: Were is the stuff for PVP Players? ... Simple answer: go into the PVP DD and fight each others and be happy about "your" ressource modifier of 2.5 or leave the game, easy as that. In the meantime, while you are trying to grief in PVE DD, I go on a daily base into the EMPTY PVP DD and farm as a PVE player ... SINCE NOBODY is there to make my life harder as it should be.
