anxiety attack rant (emetophobia/agoraphobia)

Hey everyone! I’ll try to keep this brief, but for some bg info: agoraphobic since 2023, emetophobic ASF since forever, have some sort of physical illness that already causes me to feel nauseous 24/7 (doctors haven’t been able to help yet.)
And causes a cycle: nausea—>anxiety caused by emetophobia because of feeling nauseous—> anxiety already causing nausea—> feeling more nauseous.

Just recently I’ve had two major anxiety attacks that had made me feel like it was physically impossible to leave the area I was in during the attack, like I couldn’t move or else my nausea would get so much worse because it felt like I was trapped and my room was a whole continent away. It caused so much fear for me it even made me unable to completely leave the house/go outside. I was doing so good on my progress of getting back out in the community too since I was able to go shopping, hiking, and even go to the doctors before the first attack, but that’s long gone.😭
But the most recent one was in the bathroom (felt like the first anxiety attack) and I’m just now in the process of recovering of the anxiety I got from it because I was not able to use the bathroom at all within the first week of the attack or even eat proper meals. Like??😭

Sorry if it all sounds very vague, but I didn’t want to write the whole story down LOL! I have been doing better now with support from my family and therapists, thankfully! I’m curious if anyone has had a similar experience with their anxiety attacks (and emetophobia playing part)?
