Any good resources or templates for report writing

Hi folks!

I’m completing my psych masters and I’m having a really tough time with report writing for treatment summaries and assessments.

Mainly, I’m struggling with how to structure sections and what I should be including where. I know I benefit from clear and direct templates or guidance, but I’m struggling to find that within the course materials I’m being provided.

Does anyone have any good resources they’ve found for structuring a report?
