Limit reduced?

I've been using Gemini daily for several months now and i'm aware that they implemented a new limit tier every 5 hours since few weeks ago. But Today i feel like the limit is Significantly reduced compared to 2 days ago, has anyone experienced it too? Or is it because of the outage yesterday?
