For antique hunting, I purchased:

Nikon Pearl Jewelry Judgment Loupe II WX 2E+1x Magnifier.

I am looking for the best way to protect it, especially from getting lost. Perhaps a lanyard with a carabiner to a belt loop? Or just an earbud case zipped inside?

I don't want it coming open and getting scratched by keys. I have not yet received, so not sure how easy it will open.
