Proctortrack Cheating Methods???

I have an exam coming up using Proctortrack and I am unsure of how to cheat. My camera will be on showing my face and my entire background. I have a couple of ideas:

1. I can hide an airpod in my ear and talk to ChatGPT using voice chat on my phone, which would be in my lap and out of the camera's sight, by reading the questions out loud or getting the exam to play the question out loud if possible

The issue with this is that there are 60-70 questions on the exam and it might me odd for me to read every single one out loud, however i usually read the questions out loud anyway because it helps me focus sooooo

2. I could hide my phone somewhere and facetime someone so they are able to see my screen, and they can tell me the answers through a hidden airpod

3. I could have a friend in the room where they are hidden from the camera's view, and they could take a picture of the screen and tap my leg a certain number of times depending on what answer choice is correct.

The problem with this is that their shadow could accidently be caught on camera, and there is limited space for them to stay because the camera captures the majority of my room, so it would be easy for them to accidently be caught on camera

If anyone has an opinion on what is better, or if there are any other methods I should use, I would appreciate it if you let me know
