Please correct me if I'm wrong

Applying this year to Ontario med schools (IP ON), will be going into my third year in the fall. Please lmk if my understanding of the below is correct:

-Ottawa: 70% of seats for Ottawa-regional preference (I'm not from Ottawa, and only English stream) -> low chance

-NOSM: I don't have a rural connection/no streams -> not eligible?

-TMU: You have to be in your 4th year of undergrad -> I'll be in 3rd year, so not eligible

-Queens: gotta just buy the lottery ticket

-Western: 50% swomen? I'm not swomen, does that mean there's only 50% of seats available?

-Mac and UofT: no specific regional quotas beyond the main 95% IP ON -> i have a fair chance only at these schools given that my relevant application components are good
