unique kid movie

i’m trying to find this movie that I used to watch as a kid, but I can’t find it because I don’t know the name of it or year and it’s very underground and unpopular it has a unique art style it’s not an anime and it’s in English but it’s not a cartoon as well. I don’t really know how to describe it but I’m trying to find it but here’s what I remember. I remember a girl and she was running in a forest a dark forest while these two creatures they are blue with lightning sparks and I also remember this one scene where there was floating rocks and it looked like they were on a planet, but they had no gravity, but around them there was and there were floating rocks and I remember there was these two guys trying to find this girl or save her I don’t really remember, but if this rings any bell, please let me know if you know the movie what I’m talking about I do remember though I was born in 2008 so I would say the movie has been around for a long time because I believe the range of the movie of the year is 90s-2017 I remember the girl was wearing like this maroon shirt I believe long sleeve with tan pants in these boots that were very thick and her legs were skinny and she was slim and the guys were big like very well built. One guy was shorter, and the other guy was taller. and it used to be on prime videos or it still is I remember the cover of the movie it was the girl and the two guys, but there were gears I believe there were gears on the cover too I know it’s not very specific but if this rings any bell please let me know because I want to watch it again
